The OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills is a professionally focused qualification designed to develop the knowledge and practical skills required for today’s workplace.

The programme is delivered by Eton University as an approved centre of OTHM Qualifications, combining academic learning with practical application. Duration & Academic Commitment

Students complete 240 Guided Learning Hours (GLH), supported by structured independent study to meet the total qualification requirement of 600 hours.

Assessment

 

Assessment is conducted through written assignments. There are no formal written examinations.

All assignments are internally assessed by the centre and externally quality assured by OTHM in accordance with Ofqual regulatory requirements. Students must meet all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria to be awarded the qualification.

Award of Qualification

 

To be awarded the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills, students must:

  • Successfully complete all six mandatory units

  • Achieve a pass grade in each unit

  • Meet all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria
     

Upon successful completion, students are awarded the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma, regulated by Ofqual and positioned at Level 3 on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Certification

 

Upon successful completion, students are awarded the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Employability and Workplace Skills, regulated by Ofqual and positioned at Level 3 on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

In addition, Eton University issues a Certificate of Programme Completion to students who have fulfilled the institutional requirements of the programme.

OTHM is a UK-based awarding organisation regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). The qualification supports progression to Level 4 qualifications and further academic study.
