The Master of International Business Law provides learners with an understanding of law in the context of business to equip them with the abilities needed to work with advanced issues.
Students will gain knowledge and understanding about various branches of law, develop an analytical and critical approach to the application of UK and International legal principles and understand the appropriateness of dealing with certain aspects of behaviour within the law.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old at the start of the course and have an English level equivalent to CEFR B2, Pearson Academic 51 or IELTS 5.5. If you are unsure of your current level, please contact for further options.
FULL TIME - Four subjects per quarter, each quarter is 40 UK credits / 6 US credits
PART TIME - Two subjects per quarter, each quarter is 20 UK credits / 3 US credits
All units within this qualification are internally assessed by Eton University and externally verified by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion referenced, based on the achievement of all the specified learning outcomes.
To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria. Judgement that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria is made by the assessor.
Students will achieve a Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law from OTHM and a Master of International Business Law totalling 120 UK credits

The Master of International Business Law will prepare you for a law career specializing in international business. You will gain practical and contextual knowledge as well as research skills that can be effectively implemented in the field.
Gaining a Master of International Business Law will enable you to continue on the path to become a lawyer by enrolling on a Legal Practice Course, the LSAT or another standardized qualifying test.

Course Materials
Students will study this program through our Hybrid Learning model.
This virtual study mode allows flexibility and expert-led teaching to be accessed from your own home. Each quarter contains eight one-to-one or small group sessions with your tutor during which you will delve into and discuss your topics. Sessions are recorded and are available to be rewatched at any time.
You will also have access to course materials and resources relevant to your program of study, such as textbooks, presentations, case studies and guides.
If required, you can request extra private tuition sessions, starting at £400 for 10 hours.
