BA Tourism & Hospitality Management

Learn all the essential knowledge and skills required to be a successful manager in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Course Duration: Full-time 3 years or Part-time 5 years

The BA (Hons) in Tourism and Hospitality Management aims to develop learners’ management knowledge and skills within the tourism and hospitality industry. Learners will critically evaluate contemporary knowledge and theories and use these to propose solutions to complex management problems. Successful completion of the qualification will equip learners with the specialist skills and knowledge they need to plan and manage their work areas, to make effective decisions, and to adapt effectively to the needs of a range of tourism and hospitality organisations.

Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old at the start of the course and have an English level equivalent to CEFR B2, Pearson Academic 51 or IELTS 5.5. If you are unsure of your current level, please contact for further options.

FULL TIME - Four subjects per quarter, each quarter is 40 UK credits / 6 US credits

PART TIME - Two subjects per quarter, each quarter is 20 UK credits / 3 US credits

Each quarter contains between 4-6 tasks which could consist of; presentations, essays, case studies, reports. The word count per quarter is between 4500-6500.

Students will download and submit their assessment through our online learning platform

After year one students will achieve a Level 4 Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management  awarded by OTHM.

After year two students will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management  awarded by OTHM.

​

After year three students will achieve a level 6 Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management  awarded by OTHM and a BA (Hons) in Tourism & Hospitality Management awarded by Eton University

Online Teaching

Tuition &
Course Materials

Students will study this program through our Hybrid Learning model.

This virtual study mode allows flexibility and expert-led teaching to be accessed from your own home. Each quarter contains eight one-to-one or small group sessions with your tutor during which you will delve into and discuss your topics. Sessions are recorded and are available to be rewatched at any time. 

You will also have access to course materials and resources relevant to your program of study, such as textbooks, presentations, case studies and guides. 

If required, you can request extra private tuition sessions, starting at £400 for 10 hours.
