Public service managers face an increasing pace of change, combined with pressures to deliver more with less, navigate a complex policy context and enhance performance while sustaining public service values. This program is designed for professionals in public and non-profit organisations who provide strong and comprehensive support, this masters degree will equip you to meet these challenges.
Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old at the start of the course and have an English level equivalent to CEFR B2, Pearson Academic 51 or IELTS 5.5. If you are unsure of your current level, please contact for further options.
FULL TIME - Four subjects per quarter, each quarter is 40 UK credits / 6 US credits
PART TIME - Two subjects per quarter, each quarter is 20 UK credits / 3 US credits
Each quarter contains between 4-6 tasks which could consist of; presentations, essays, case studies, reports. The word count per quarter is between 4500-6500.
Students will download and submit their assessment through our online learning platform
Students will achieve a Level 7 Diploma in Public Administration from OTHM and a full MA Public Administration totalling to 180 credits.

Tuition &
Course Materials
Students will study this program through our Hybrid Learning model.
This virtual study mode allows flexibility and expert-led teaching to be accessed from your own home. Each quarter contains eight one-to-one or small group sessions with your tutor during which you will delve into and discuss your topics. Sessions are recorded and are available to be rewatched at any time.
You will also have access to course materials and resources relevant to your program of study, such as textbooks, presentations, case studies and guides.
If required, you can request extra private tuition sessions, starting at £400 for 10 hours.
