The Master of Educational Leadership and Management equips students with contemporary leadership theory and knowledge to provide them with the tools necessary to be successful leaders in current education services as well as workplace learning and performance settings.
The curriculum has been designed with the key elements to successful leadership in mind. Modules include Applied Critical Leadership in Education, Designing and Evaluating Curriculum and Effective Leadership in Learning Organizations.
The coursework is structured to assist students in the development of their goals as they acquire industry-current knowledge and skills common to educators specializing in leadership of educational organizations.
The syllabus has ten mandatory modules and carries a total of 36 credits. A variety of assignments and tasks will be used to support learning.
